We collect the minimum we need to ship your order, answer your questions and, if you ask for it, send you our notes. We never sell your information.

What we collect

• Orders: your name, shipping address, phone number, email and the items you bought — collected through our order form or WhatsApp so we can deliver and support your order.
• Payments: handled by our payment provider (card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Interac e-Transfer). We never see or store full card numbers.
• Reviews: the first name, review text, rating and any photo you choose to post are public. Your email is stored privately to prevent spam and is never displayed.
• Newsletter and offers: your email (and phone, if you give it) when you sign up for the $5 welcome code or our weekly notes.
• Wishlist and bag: stored only in your own browser on your device. We do not receive it.
• Analytics: anonymous usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate region) to understand how the site is used. No advertising identifiers are sold or shared for others' marketing.

How we use it

• To process, ship and support your order, including order updates by email or WhatsApp.
• To publish the reviews you choose to post.
• To send scalp-care notes and offers you opted into — you can unsubscribe in one tap from any email, or reply "stop" on WhatsApp.
• To keep the site secure and improve it.

Where it is stored

Order, review and newsletter data is stored with Supabase (encrypted at rest, servers in the United States). The site is hosted by Vercel. Both act as processors under our instructions.

Sharing

We share information only with the services needed to run the store: our payment provider, shipping carriers (name and address on the label), our email-sending service, and analytics. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We will disclose information if required by law.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, to remove a review you posted, or to stop all marketing. Email info@myorganicblend.com and we will act within 30 days. Residents of California, Canada (PIPEDA) and the EU/UK have additional rights under their local laws, which we honour.

Cookies

We use only what is needed to remember your bag, wishlist and whether you have already seen our welcome offer, plus anonymous analytics. No third-party advertising cookies are set unless you consent when we begin running ads.

Children

Our products and site are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

We will post any changes here with a new date. Significant changes will be announced by email to subscribers.
