Shipping

• Free on orders over $50; $5 flat rate below that.
• Orders ship within 1 business day from our North American fulfilment location. Delivery is typically 2–3 business days in the continental US and Canada; remote areas can take up to 7.
• You will receive a tracking link by email or WhatsApp as soon as the label is printed.
• Duties: none for US orders. Canadian orders ship duty-paid — the price you see is the price you pay.
• We do not currently ship outside the US and Canada.

Our 30-day guarantee

Use the ritual for up to 30 days. If it is not right for you, tell us and we will refund the product in full — opened, half-used bottles included. No forms, no return labels for used product: just a message with your order number.

• Applies to your first bottle of each product, once per household.
• Sets and hampers are refunded in full if returned, or pro-rata for used items — we will tell you the amount before you decide.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.

Damaged or wrong items

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement immediately, no return needed.

Unopened returns

Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund; you cover return postage unless the error was ours.

Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save orders can be paused, skipped or cancelled any time before the next shipment by emailing info@myorganicblend.com or messaging us on WhatsApp. No minimum commitment.
