Orders and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and include the product only; shipping is shown before you confirm. Prices may change without notice, but never after you have paid.
• An order is accepted when we confirm it by email or WhatsApp. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or a price was clearly listed in error) and will refund you in full if so.
• Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment provider. Subscribe & Save orders renew at the interval shown; you can pause, skip or cancel any time before the next shipment by emailing us.

Shipping

We ship to the United States and Canada. Delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you gave; please check it carefully.

Using the products

• Our products are traditional botanical hair and scalp care. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Results vary from person to person.
• Patch-test any new product on a small area of skin and wait 24 hours. Stop use if irritation occurs. Consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a scalp condition, or take medication.
• The Infrared Scalp Massager is a wellness device, not a medical device. Do not use over broken skin, and keep away from water while charging.
• Keep products out of reach of children. For external use only.

Reviews and content you post

By posting a review or photo you confirm it is your own honest experience and grant us a licence to display it on our site and social channels. We may remove content that is abusive, off-topic or appears to be fake.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your state or province.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we are registered. Where you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the place you live.
